Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that foster students' intellectual and social development. The teacher will create a nurturing classroom environment, implement the curriculum, and ensure that each student reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines and educational standards. Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and class activities. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve academically and personally. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding students' progress and any concerns. Foster a positive learning atmosphere that promotes curiosity and a love for learning. Ensure classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively. Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school activities. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet diverse learning needs.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification or license as required by local education authorities. Previous experience as a primary school teacher or in a similar role preferred. Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young learners. Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a structured learning environment. Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
